The idea of Mass Customisation has cropped up in a few conversations recently… Ponoko recently blogged on MIT’s Mass Customization Seminar, which is obviously relevant to their core business of selling on-line designs which then get laser-cut or otherwise fabbed, ideally somewhere local before they’re shipped to you.
